As for bedrooms, this blueprint offer three: two on the right side of the property, and one (the primary suite) on the left. This is what’s known as a split-bedroom layout, an interior design that affords a little extra privacy and serenity to the primary suite.

Other highlights include extra storage in the garage, a formal dining room for special holiday gatherings, a kitchen island, an optional upstairs bonus room (with attached bonus bath), and a sweet primary suite that sports two vanities, a separate tub and shower, a private space for the toilet, a roomy walk-in closet, and easy access to the laundry room.

Note: If you’re not sure if you require a formal dining room, realize that this space could be used in some other capacity, e.g. as a home office, a den, or a craft room.

Finally, let's talk about outdoor living, as this plan has plenty. First, there's a spacious and covered front porch. Then, there's the rear porch, which boasts an outdoor kitchen. Considering both porches are accessible via the open-concept great room, this could be the perfect layout if you enjoy throwing parties or entertaining guests, as some people could choose to mingle inside while others relax outside — all without anyone ever becoming too detached from the main-living space.
