Plan Description

A Spanish-style bi-level? Why not? This one has lots going for it upstairs and down. Up top, note the living room and formal dining room; they share a fireplace, and each leads to a cozy deck out back. In addition, the kitchen and breakfast area are centers of attention; the latter has a wonderful, over-sized pantry. Zoned to the left of the entry are three bedrooms (two if you make one a study). Down below is a potpourri of space: family room, lounge with raised-hearth fireplace, large laundry room (note the bay window), another bedroom, full bath and plenty of storage in the garage.
