Plan Description

Grandiose. That's the only way to describe this home. The exterior is marked by graceful curves and box-bay and bow windows. The octagonal living room with a coffered ceiling and a fireplace will win lots of "Oohs!" and "Ahs." It opens to a high-ceilinged family room washed in natural light. The sunny breakfast alcove is separated from the kitchen by a wet bar; the kitchen opens to the dining room through a handy butler's pantry. A bedroom and bath are off the kitchen on the main level; another four bedrooms and two baths are upstairs. The octagonal bed chamber with a tray ceiling in the master suite is truly luxurious. Adding to the splendor is a walk-in closet big enough for any wardrobe and a lavish bumped-out tub. A recreation room is also found on the upper level. A laundry area is located toward the rear of the three-vehicle garage.

Mirror Reversed Sets:

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
