This home is designed for a Southwestern lifestyle. It has a dramatic entryway with an option 800 square foot Casita, ideal for a home office or a 2-Gen living unit. The swimming pool/spa are also shown as optional lifestyle elements. The building design is proportionally based on the “Golden Rectangle,” as a proven standard of beauty and harmony. The Great Room offers unlimited views of the yard and pool areas. While the garage is designed for 2 cars, it can be expanded for a third car or golf cart. Dependent on site conditions, the garage can be moved to the rear of the site. The exterior walls are designed for “green wall” construction, typical with insulated ICF wall products. Ample roof areas can also accommodate energy saving solar panels.
