Plan Description
This 2-story Bermuda-style home offers 3,827 sq. ft., with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, combining a clean coastal look with a layout centered around privacy and courtyard living. A covered front porch leads into the entry, where a private office is positioned just off to the left—ideal for a quiet workspace near the front of the home. Moving further in, the layout opens into a combined dining room and kitchen, with a pantry set off to the side for convenient storage. At the rear, a spacious great room serves as the main gathering area. From here, a covered patio extends off to the left and connects directly to the courtyard, creating a strong indoor-outdoor relationship.
