Plan Description

Tuscan in design, this ranch features a traditional plan with extra details that are sure to please, beginning with a curved staircase leading to the lower level just to the right of the entry. The great room directly ahead, and the dining room to the left of the entry are both defined by gracious columns that carry you into the main living area of the home. The kitchen, hearth room and nook are combined into an open floor plan concept to create a large daily living area while still having access to the great room. A spacious master suite includes double French doors that lead to a private deck, Jacuzzi tub and spacious walk-in closet. A second bedroom is tucked behind the garage and has a private bath. A five-stall, split-load garage provides ample parking and storage space.

Mirror Reversed Sets:
$63.75

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
