Plan Description
This 2-story Bermuda-style home is designed around privacy, natural light, and easy indoor-outdoor living. With 2,555 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, it offers a well-balanced mix of open living space and quiet retreats. At the front, a private courtyard creates a welcoming and secluded entry experience. It’s accessible through a gate along the left side of the home, as well as from the covered front porch. Inside, the entry features a sliding glass door that opens directly to the courtyard, bringing in natural light and reinforcing that indoor-outdoor connection. To the right of the entry, a private living room with a fireplace provides a comfortable, more relaxed space, along with a conveniently located half bath nearby.
