Plan Description
High gables, a dramatic entry and corner quoins lend an extra dash of
distinction to this fine traditional home. Formal and informal living areas are
clearly defined. To the left of the entry you will find the formal dining room
graced with columns, and straight ahead, the formal living room. Casual
gatherings will be enjoyed in the family room, enhanced with a fireplace and
open to the dinette and U-shaped kitchen. A sloped-ceiling master bedroom
comprises the right portion of the plan and accesses the backyard. Highlighting
the private bath is a soothing tub, a separate shower and a large walk-in
closet. A powder room and a utility room complete the first floor. Upstairs,
three family bedrooms share a full bath, with space allocated for an additional
bath when needed.

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
