Plan Description

Here’s a really well-thought-out layout, with every detail planned for maximum usefulness and comfort. Start with the porches: wraparound spaces in front and back fit into the footprint of the home and create excellent indoor/outdoor flow. The master suite opens to the back porch, as does the bathroom in bedroom 2 (letting it pull double duty as a pool bath for guests during a barbecue). Also in the master suite, a huge shower, two sinks, and a walk-in closet invite you to relax. A flex room near the front makes a great study, office, or nursery. In the middle of the home, the spacious kitchen overlooks the great room for easy conversation.
