Plan Description
Great for outdoor living, this delightful raised cottage features front and rear wrap-a-round porches designed to allow cool breezes to flow through. The open design of the living spaces and oversized sliding glass doors make it possible to extend the interior space to the porches. Although compact, this charming home packs lots of living space into a small foot print and it is a super energy saving design featuring 2x6 exterior walls. The master suite, complete with sitting area and coffee bar, has a plush bath with twin vanities, spa tub, shower, private toilet and two giant size walk-in closets. The secondary bedrooms also have large closets and private access to the Jack and Jill bath complete with a private toilet and a huge linen closet. A half bath is conveniently located to allow access from both the hall and the rear porch. The Mechanical equipment and porch storage is hidden in the very secluded entrance to the half bath from the porch. At the rear of the home is an oversized 3 car garage where space has been allocated for an ADA ramp should it ever be needed. Entering into the house from the garage is stop-n-drop areas complete with a bulletin board, key holders, coat hooks and base and wall cabinets. Across the hall is a huge butler’s pantry strategically placed to allow drop off of all the grocery items from the car. A large utility room is also conveniently located and has lots of cabinet space, a utility sink and a very handy door to the master suite bath which will save lots of steps when delivering clothes and linens from the utility to the bath. There is a large linen closet in the master bath and a glass shelf display area for adding your favorite memorabilia.

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
