Great for outdoor living, this delightful raised cottage features front and rear wrap-a-round porches designed to allow cool breezes to flow through. The open design of the living spaces and oversized sliding glass doors make it possible to extend the interior space to the porches. Although compact, this charming home packs lots of living space into a small foot print and it is a super energy saving design featuring 2x6 exterior walls. The master suite has a plush bath complete with twin vanities, spa tub, shower, private toilet and a giant size walk-in closet. The secondary bed room also has a large walk-in closet and private access to the liberal size hall bath. The third bedroom also has a walk-in closet. This plan also comes with an included 2 bedroom option.

Mirror Reversed Sets:

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
