Plan Description
This modern house was designed as Accessory Dwelling Unit or guest house which could be built on the primary house property . House character is expressed in continuing connection of interior and exterior spaces. Spacious kitchen and great room were designed as one continuous space in an open floor plan character. The main living area has a higher ceiling which increases the volume of the space. Kitchen is open to the covered porch which could become as a screened porch. Living room and the second bedroom has access to the outside through French doors. The second bedroom could be used as the guest bedroom or hobby room. Master bedroom is located away from the main living area to give more privacy and silence. The bathroom has access to the stackable washer and dryer for the convenience of leaving dirty cloats before taking shower.
