Plan Description
First home buyers will love this efficient narrow lot plan with 9' ceilings. While it is small and cost-effective, it is versatile and and loaded with convenient features. The side entrance opens directly onto a large closet with a laundry area with room for a stackable washer and dryer. The kitchen and living room may have either a front or rear facing orientation, depending on how the plan is place on the lot. The living area opens to a patio via retractable doors. Two nice size bedrooms share a sunny full bathroom with a large shower enclosure.
