Plan Description

This pure farmhouse plan came right off the farm as a redesign of the designers own grandparents' farmhouse in Kansas. The open concept plan makes the design very inviting upon entry from any direction and allows the house to feel bigger than it's 2285 sf main level size. Note this plan's three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, mudroom with adjacent laundry, and split bedroom layout -- with the primary suite on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side of the home. The bonus space above the garage is an option that adds great storage or better yet, open play space for the kiddos or another bedroom suite. There is also a two car side-loaded garage that can easily be converted to a 3 car garage or a front facing garage.
