Plan Description

This side-by-side contemporary style duplex plan is a popular choice for developers as it makes an excellent home for families and fits well on to smaller lots. The upper floor features a main bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in closet, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry closet. The main floor has an open living area that flows out to decks at the front and rear, and the lower level has a single car garage, a bonus room, and a full bath. The duplex is 40' wide at the lower levels with a 1' cantilever on each side of the upper level to bring the building to 42' wide. Each unit is 1938 sq.ft. of living space (Lower floor: 449 sq.ft., Main floor: 670 sq.ft., Upper floor: 819 sq.ft.) with a 324 sq.ft. garage.
