This stately traditional home is distinguished by a two-story brick gable
accented with brick quoins. The dormer located over the front entry draws the
eye and adds emphasis to a front door surrounded with double window pane
transoms. A cupola perched on top of the garage adds the finishing touch to an
inviting exterior. Inside, the vaulted-ceiling foyer is accented by a curved
wall backing the staircase. The two-story vaulted ceiling continues into the
living room. The dining room, with a nine-foot ceiling, is separated from the
living room by an arched opening supported by double columns on pedestals. The
kitchen and fmaily room have ten-foot ceilings and continue the open theme of
this home with an angled eating bar separating the kitchen and family areas.
The kitchen has a large work island and a tremedous walk-in pantry. The bay
window is a highlight of the breakfast area. The master bedroom with a luxury
bath is located downstairs. The bedroom has ten-foot ceilings with triple
French doors opening to the rear. The second bedroom down can also be used as a
study and features nine-foot ceilings. The curved staircase leads upstairs to
two bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet.

Mirror Reversed Sets : $46.75 |
A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected. |
