Plan Description

This favorite farmhouse plan is not only charming to look at—it's a pleasure to live in, as well. The covered front porch leads to great livability inside: a formal dining room, a huge living room with a fireplace, and an island kitchen with a bayed morning room. A utility room beyond the kitchen has access to the two-car garage at the rear of the plan. Bedrooms align on the right side of the plan and include two family bedrooms and a master suite. The master bedroom has access to the rear patio and features dual walk-in closets. Two more family bedrooms reside upstairs, along with a loft overlooking the living room.
