Plan Description

From the standpoint of amenities and features, this single story home has just about everything its owners might want or need. Most intriguing is the well-conceived trio of great room, dining room, and kitchen, which anchor the core of the home. The Great room has built-in cabinets for storage and twin French doors that open to a covered rear porch that extends the full length of the home. The Kitchen is deep with seeming acres of counter space. Tucked to the rear are a Laundry room and more bonus space. Privacy lovers will appreciate that the well-appointed Master bedroom is at the opposite end of the home from the sleeping quarters. The owners have at least two and potentially three extra bedrooms. The twin bedrooms each have private entries to the shared bath. The fourth room is marked as either a bedroom or a home office. The home has good curb appeal with the columned entryway and carport that connects to the home via breezeway. All things considered, this is a nifty home with lots of appeal.

Mirror Reversed Sets:
$75.00

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
