Inkberry is a beautiful home that aligns perfectly with our passion to make beautiful but efficient homes. This house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms so everyone can have their own sleeping arrangements. Some other features of this home design include front and back porches and a large living room with gas fireplace. Designed for use as a PEMB (Pre-engineered Metal Building). This Metal House Plan will typically be built using Z8 metal core and steel columns with insulated metal sheeting on the exterior and 2X4" studs for the interior walls. The exterior walls are usually assembled offsite and delivered to the build location. A PEMB can often be built much faster than using traditional framing, but if that isn't an option for you; the plan is also available using traditional 2x6" wood framing.
