Blue Star is a beautiful home that features three bedrooms, two and a half baths, an open Kitchen/Dining Room/Living Room and a wraparound porch. Designed for use as a PEMB (Pre-engineered Metal Building) This Metal House Plan will typically be built using Z8 metal core and steel columns with insulated metal sheeting on the exterior and 2X4" studs for the interior walls. The exterior walls are usually assembled offsite and delivered to the build location. A PEMB can often be built much faster than using traditional framing, but if that isn't an option for you; the plan is also available using traditional 2x6" wood framing.
