Plan Description

A covered veranda and gabled roofline combine with an efficient use of space in this compact home. Formal living areas are on the right side of the plan. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and fireplace; a full wall of windows overlook the veranda. A half-wall separates the living and dining rooms. Near the dining room, a U-shaped kitchen has a breakfast bar and laundry alcove. The attached breakfast room/family room features sliding glass doors to the patio at the rear. A two-car garage rounds out the main level--reached through a service entrance with half-bath. Three bedrooms on the second floor include a master suite with private bath and a large wall closet. Family bedrooms share a full hall bath.

Mirror Reversed Sets:

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally.
