Plan Description

An economical floor plan still leaves space for a fully-functional and comfortable great room, with bumped-out fireplace, sloped ceiling, and patio access. An angled breakfast bar partitions the dining area and great room from the kitchen. A pantry is located off the dining room, at the entrance to the bedroom hallway. Bedroom #3 also features a sloped ceiling, along with a bayed, Palladian window that lets in the sun. The two family bedrooms share a bath and linen closet in the hall.
