Plan Description

This house plan also offers your choice of brick or stone facade, either providing an elegant exterior. The fireplace in the great room is the focal point of this home, since it can be seen from the foyer, dining room, and kitchen. The dining room and kitchen are also linked by a three-stool snack bar, while views of the covered porch and back yard can be seen from the kitchen sink through the panel of windows that covers the back wall of the house. Two bedrooms are separated from the living areas by a small hallway, where a full-sized bathroom can be found. The master suite also lies apart from the main house, and possesses His and Hers walk-in closets, a whirlpool tub, a separate shower, and double-sink vanities.
