Plan Description

Smaller in size, but big on livability, this one-story home has amenities and options usually found only in larger homes. Begin with the covered veranda and its entry to a central foyer. On the right is a vaulted living room with central fireplace; on the left, is a bedroom—or make it a den. A hall closet holds coats and other outdoor gear. The country kitchen lives up to its name. It features an open-railed stair to the basement, an L-shaped work counter, a breakfast snack island, and a bayed breakfast nook with double-door access to the backyard. The two family bedrooms share a full main bath; the master suite has a private bath. A two-car garage sits to the side of the plan. Plans include details for both a basement and crawlspace foundation.

Mirror Reversed Sets:

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally.
