Plan Description
This exceptional starter home includes amenities normally found in much
larger and more expensive homes. Careful design provides extravagant
features while remaining a compact and economical 1093 square feet.
The dramatic entry is created by an abundance of glass which brightens
the large vaulted family room. The recessed front door allows a plant
shelf above which stretches the full width of the family room. The
galley kitchen provides all the expected conveniences. Adding to the
