Cover Sheet, Index of Sheets and Floor and Wall Framing notes and square footage for this house.

Exterior Elevations: a blueprint picture of all 4 sides drawn in ¼” scale, showing exterior materials and floor measurements. There may be additional illustrations with measurements of special features.

Foundation Page: Drawn to ¼” scale, this page shows all necessary notations and dimensions including footing locations, pads, and support walls with excavated and unexcavated areas.

Floor Plan(s): Detailed plans drawn to ¼” scale for each level showing room dimensions, window and door sizes, bearing walls and beam locations and bearing points.

Roof layout: Detailing what is Engineered Trussed, stick built and any build overs. There may be additional illustrations with measurements of special features.

Cross sections: Illustrates a vertical cutaway view of the house from roof down to foundation. These wall sections specify construction and building materials. The number of stories, floor heights, framing details, and the flow of bearing points down to the foundation.

Trim detail: Illustrates where crown moulding and wainscotting are located in the house. Additional illustrations of special features may be included. Cabinet designs are not included, since most people visit with a cabinet supplier for their unique needs. Room sizes can be referenced back on the Floor Plan for the opening sizes.

Electrical Layout: Is an illustration of where light switches and outlets are located, for a homeowner perspective. The illustration does not conform to the Electrical Standard symbols on the plan, but is a more simplified version for a homeowner understanding.

Mirror Reversed Sets:
$191.25

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
