Plan Description

This Colonial has all the exterior charm of its Early American ancestors--paired windows flank the entry while shed dormers add headroom to the second story. A modern interior makes it perfect for today. To the immediate left of the entry is a living room with a music alcove and a fireplace. To the right is the formal dining room. In its own wing, a few steps down from the living room is a cheery sun room. The country kitchen, with an island range, built-in china cabinets and a fireplace, offers plenty of space for informal eating. Both it and the music alcove have sliding doors to the rear terrace. A spacious laundry room and a washroom complete this level. Upstairs, two family bedrooms share a full bath, while the master suite pampers with a whirlpool tub, twin vanities and plenty of closet space.

Mirror Reversed Sets:

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally.
