Plan Description

A low profile, accented with brick cladding, quoins and shuttered windows, enhances the front exterior of this one-story plan. The weather-protected entry opens to a sunken living room with vaulted ceiling and fireplace. Double doors open to the formal dining room which also has direct access to the island kitchen. An octagonal breakfast bay overlooks the rear patio. The family room also has a warming fireplace and sliding glass doors to the patio. The master bedroom is a true retreat with a private patio, long wall closet and bath with vaulted ceiling over a whirlpool tub. The family bedrooms share a full hall bath. A three-car garage is reached through a door in the service area which also holds a washroom, stairs to the basement and the laundry. Note the large workshop or storage area in the garage.

Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design.
