Plan Description
These contemporary semi-detached two-storey houses provide a total of 2,392 square feet of living space. Each ground floor has a 598 square-foot living area, for a total of 1,196 square feet, and the living space is the same on the second floor. In each house, the open ground floor features a sunken entrance with a closet, a powder room with a laundry area, as well as a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen can be designed in two different ways – totally open with a central island or partially open without an island. Furthermore, the triple patio door provides access to the back yard. On the upper floor, each house has a master bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet, a bathroom with a large separate shower and a podium bathtub, as well as one large or two small bedrooms.
