This exciting Barndominium plan is an optimum value-engineered design with post-framed exterior barn walls. It features three spacious bedrooms, three baths, and a guest powder room. The cathedral ceiling carries 37 feet from the kitchen to the great room fireplace, creating an expansive, versatile living area—the three dormers on the roof channel light from their windows to this living area through openings in the cathedral ceiling. The roomy Main Bath, with two vanities, features a large, tiled shower area with a slipper soaking tub. The two other bedrooms have separate commodes and vanity areas with a shared shower area. Closets for all bedrooms are spacious, and storage in the large kitchen pantry is a bonus for the already ample cabinet space. Outside living is accommodated with a sweeping wrap-around, well-lit deck. Plans include post-framed construction documents but can be framed conventionally (Stick or Panel).
