Plan Description

Set lengthwise, this plan presents an appearance of extra width. A long covered front porch sits below three prominent dormers, framing the entrance. Double doors to the left of the main entry usher you into the study, between twin coat closets. The great room bears a sloped ceiling, providing 16 feet of clearance. French doors lead from the great room to the covered patio for fresh air. When it gets cold, light up the wood fireplace. The dining room forms one large area with the great room, and is partitioned from the kitchen by a handy and informal snack bar. A hall from the dining room leads to the master suite and a set of stairs to the bonus room. The kitchen provides access to the laundry and garage with storage. The lush master bedroom also features a sloped ceiling, and an oversized tub between His and Hers closets.
