Plan Description

This eye-catching modern plan with segmented construction design pays homage to the 1980’s 'Deconstructivist Architecture' movement. External pedestrian spaces are interrupted by pools of water to allow a cooling-effect during the hot summer periods. The fragmentation allows alternating uses of building materials to create strikingly interesting exterior and interior spaces which are both energy efficient and eco-friendly.
