Plan Description

A steeply-pitched, hipped roofline atop brick engineering and a Palladian window lends rustic appeal on the exterior to this home. The interior contains a split bedroom plan arranged around a common area made for maximum family interaction. A charming covered patio can be accessed from a rear hallway, or via the dining area. The modern kitchen is outfitted with a snack bar and work island. The family bedrooms and shared bath are found behind the kitchen, and a den opens off of the main entry. The ceiling in the master bedroom slopes toward a height of ten feet. A hallway to the left of the entry leads to the laundry and interior garage access.
