Plan Description
This house has a Federalist-inspired exterior with understated Classical detailing. The brickwork has a rich texture that requires only minimal maintenance for years of beauty. An entry Portico leads to a soaring two-story Foyer. Then, turn right into the spacious Formal Living with its warm hearth and fireplace to welcome you and your guests. Beyond is the Great Room that has ample space for dining and is open to the Kitchen with a casual snack bar along the Prep Island. The Kitchen has a full-height Pantry and plenty of light from the double window over the sink. There’s a private family entrance from the Garage that’s just by the Kitchen.
