Plan Description

Incredible contemporary curb appeal with tons of natural light, spacious bedrooms and an oversized great room. Walk through the front door into a 13’ tall Entryway. To the right is a bedroom that would also make an incredible study as it also boasts a 13’ tall ceiling. To the left, is another bedroom. Walking down the foyer you will see a stairwell heading to the basement surrounded by half walls. Heading towards the rear of the home is an oversize great room, open to the kitchen, overlooking a covered patio. The garage is slightly oversized to allow for a full-size truck to park inside of it. Behind the garage is a spacious primary suite with an economical primary bathroom, walk in closet configuration.
