Plan Description

This exterior is defined by a wraparound veranda, three dormers directly above, and a side-load garage with a facade of stone masonry and three pretty, arched and shuttered windows. The main entry is flanked by the secondary bedroom and a formal dining room. Bedroom 2 shares a full hall bath with Bedroom 3, in the rear corner. Directly opposite the entry is the great room, with sloped ceilings and a bay Palladian window, allowing a profusion of natural light during the day. Built-in cabinets above the hearth await books, or sight-and-sound systems. French doors provide access to an ambient covered patio. The kitchen and breakfast room lie to the left, with a handy breakfast bar extending into the great room. A master suite with coffered ceiling and angled bath is secreted around the corner. A bonus staircase to an attic is located at the entrance to the suite.
