Plan Description

This charming plan, influenced by the European style, presents a hipped roofline and lots of arches on the outside. Inside, the kitchen is sectioned from the great room by an angled breakfast bar. The nook resides below sloped ceilings, creating a cozy place for morning coffee. You can also embark to the covered patio from here. Built-in cabinets are provided over the fireplace, for storing books or an entertainment system. The master suite is discretely accessed near the conjunction of the great room and the main entry.
