Plan Description

This compact three-bedroom design offers a wealth of amenities--and you can make one of the bedrooms into a den or home office, if you choose. A skylit foyer spills into a vaulted living room with a bay-window seat and corner fireplace. The dining room is open to the living room and connects directly to the kitchen, where there is another bay-window seat. An angled snack bar separates the kitchen from the family room; double doors open to the patio at the back of the house. The master bedroom offers still another bay window with a window seat and a walk-in closet and private bath. The family bedrooms--one with a walk-in closet--share a full bath. Note the laundry space in the service entrance to the two-car garage.

Mirror Reversed Sets:

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally.
