Plan Description

This compact design holds a surprise on its lower level—there’s bonus space that can be developed later for additional room. The main living level is commodious by itself, however, and includes a living room with fireplace and access to the front veranda, a dining room that connects to the L-shaped kitchen and breakfast room and three bedrooms. Sliding glass doors in the dining room lead to a private patio at the front of the house. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full hall bath; Bedroom 3 has a private balcony. The master suite has a private half-bath. Don’t miss the covered patio, just off the kitchen, which contains a built-in barbecue. It also accesses the one-car garage to the front of the house.

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself.
