Plan Description

Bedroom 3 in this plan features a large Palladian window and sloping ceiling, ensuring that all eyes will be attracted to it from the inside and outside. A covered front veranda contributes to cinch this home's curb appeal. Bedroom 3 shares a full hall bath with Bedroom 2. The hallway leads to the great room and the breakfast bar emanating from the conjunction of kitchen and dining area. In corner of the great room lies a door to the patio, and in another is a warming hearth with a fragrant wood fireplace. A sloping ceiling and archway with the dining room defines the perimeter. A hallway just to the left of the entry leads to the master suite, laundry, and double garage. The master bedroom features a sloped, ten-foot ceiling.
