This is a warm contemporary flavored with touches of traditional accents such as the classically styled portico sheltering the front entrance and the wood columns which help to form a grand entrance to the dining room. The brick portion of the exterior and circle top window with a brick arch also emphasize a traditional heritage. Inside, the two-story foyer, flanked by two coat closets, leads to a large great room. To the right is the formal dining room which connects directly to the kitchen. The great room has a built-in fireplace with log storage. To the left rear of the living room is the study. This room is positioned to be in the mainstream of family living where the computer, fast becoming a common household tool, can be located in its own easily accessible place. However, the room can be successfully used as an office, den or library. It also has a lavatory. The kitchen, large and efficient, contains a center work counter. It opens to a comfortable dinette that has access via a french door to the rear deck. The kitchen connects to a pantry closet and laundry room.

|Mirror Reversed Sets
|A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.|
