Plan Description
• A timeless, versatile farmhouse with room for a family to grow, this two-level house plan features an unfinished upper-level bonus floor plan that gives you ample storage space which can be converted into two additional bedrooms at a later date. • Upon entering from the cozy covered porch, perfect for a couple rocking chairs you come into an open great room, kitchen, nook combo room with guest bedrooms to the left, conveniently separated from the Owner’s suite, and the Owner’s suite to the right with all of today’s modern amenities. • The main level features 9ft tall ceilings with oversize windows letting lots of natural light come into the home. The 8’ tall doors give this home an updated feel without adding much cost to the home. The upper-level unfinished space features an 8’ tall ceiling with unique dormers letting natural light shine through the upper level. • The garage is a little extra deeper than most builder plans to fit a full-size truck. A 3rd car garage or alternate foundation type could quickly be added to this plan with a modification request.
