Plan Description

The stately aura of this rustic European-style home, enhanced by the stone exterior, introduces an interior that is both comfortable and convenient. The family cooks will appreciate the thought that has gone into designing a kitchen that has more than adequate counter and cabinet space and easy access to the living room via the snack bar. A gas fireplace warms the living room. A downstairs bathroom with a shower has enough room for the washer and dryer. Three second-floor bedrooms share a deluxe bath with a corner garden tub, shower, and double-sink vanity. An alcove at the end of the hall is lighted by a circular window and can serve as a modest sitting area.
