Plan Description

A Palladian-style, gabled dormer is the crowning touch on this plan's exterior, nicely complementing a covered veranda, and another Palladian window over the garage. Arched, bow windows project onto the veranda from Bedroom 3 and the dining room, adding a pleasing touch of decor for either room. The kitchen and dining room are separated by double doors, conveniently annexing the two rooms, while leaving the dining room with a measure of privacy. A breakfast nook on the other side of the kitchen adds extra flexibility for meal time. The master bedroom is accented by another bow window, for lots of natural light and breathtaking outdoor views, and an elegant sloping ceiling. The tub niche in the bath is also constructed with a sloping ceiling and bow window.
