Plan Description

This traditional home features 2,333 sq.ft. of living space plus a bonus room which adds an additional 246 sq.ft. The lower level of this plan is highlighted by a 14'x14' sunroom with trey ceiling. The living room and dining room are separated by a dramatic see-through fireplace. The first floor features 9 ft. ceilings. The foyer and powder room feature hardwood floors. The washer and dryer are tucked in a laundry closet conveniently located off of the kitchen. The breakfast room features a bay window, a pantry, and has access to the patio. The upper level features 3 bedrooms and a bonus room which could be used as a fourth bedroom. The master bedroom pampers the owner with two closets,an angled entry and a master bath with separate shower and garden tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature "wrap-around" corner windows for maximum sunlight exposure.
