It's the simple way to personalize your house plan to fit your unique needs.

Our top architectural experts will work with you to make the changes you require, eliminating the need for time-consuming and oftentimes expensive modification services through a third-party architectural firm. By working directly with ePlans, your project will be performed quickly and professionally through the company you already know and trust.

Follow these five simple steps and you'll be on your way to the home of your dreams.

1. Call us at 1.888.299.5229 and let the representative know you are interested in obtaining a customization estimate. There is no need to have purchased your house plan in order to receive an estimate. You simply need to know the house plan code. Your customization request form will be sent your choice either by fax or email. There is a consultation fee which to create the estimate but a credit for that amount will be applied to your modification cost, once you agree to move forward. In most cases the consultation fee is $50.

2. Complete and return the Customization Request Form after you've outlined the changes you'd like to make. Your request can consist of hand drawings or simply a written description of the changes you'd like to see.

3. Our customization specialists will review your design to determine if your changes are major or minor and will validate that the integrity of your home's structure is maintained. A detailed cost estimate will be sent out within one to three business day of receipt of your customization request form.

4. After you review and approve the estimate and we receive a 75-percent deposit, our design specialists will begin the customization of your house plan.

5. Within three to seven weeks, depending on the complexity of the charges and following approval of any preliminary designs, your plan will be completed. The remaining 25-percent balance is due prior to shipment of your completed drawings.
